Seafood Canapes

Ultimate seafood canapes !

Ingredients:

  • small handful rocket leaves
  • 3 tbsp mayo
  • 100 ml creme fraiche
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp horseradish sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt & pepper
  • 250 g cooked prawns
  • brown bread
  • butter

Method:

Mix all ingredients together except rocket leaves and leave in fridge for 1 hour. To assemble butter the bread, add rocket leaves then place the seafood topping. Enjoy !!!

Skladniki:

  • garsc rukoli
  • 3 lyzki majonezu
  • 100 ml creme fraiche
  • 2 lyzki posiekanego koperku
  • 2 lyzki posiekanego szczypiorku
  • 1 lyzka chrzanu
  • 1 lyzka musztardy Dijon
  • 1 lyzka soku z cytryny
  • sol & pieprz
  • 250 g krewetek
  • ciemny chleb
  • maslo

Wymieszac wszystkie skladniki oprocz rukoli i wstawic do lodowki na 1 godzine. Posmarowac chleb maslem, polozyc rukole i krewetkowa salatke. Smacznego !!

Pastrami and Goat Cheese Pinwheels

I do not like goat cheese but in this combination is AMAZING. Try this easy recipe for pastrami and goat cheese pinwheels.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack ready rolled puff pastry
  • 8 pastrami slices ( or anything you like )
  • 150 g soft goat cheese
  • 180 g cubed Basque cheese ( or anything you like )
  • 50 g wild rocket
  • basil leaves
  • 1 egg yolk

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Unroll the pastry. Spread goat cheese over it. Arrange the pastrami evenly on top then wild rocket, basil and scatter the cubed cheese over. Starting at one of the short ends, roll the pastry up as tightly as possible. Take a very sharp knife and ( try to ) cut the roll into equal slices, laying them flat on non-stick baking trays. Brush each pinwheel lightly with egg yolk. Bake 15 – 20 minutes until puffed and golden. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Zwijane Ciasto Francuskie z Pastrami i Serem Kozim

Skladniki:

  • 1 opakowanie ciasta francuskiego
  • 8 plastrow pastrami ( lub co lubisz )
  • 150 g miekkiego sera koziego
  • 180 g sera Basque, pokrojony w kostke ( lub inny dostepny )
  • 50 g rukoli
  • kilka lisci bazyli
  • 1 zoltko

Wykonanie:

Rozgrzac piekarnik do 180 ° C.

Rozkladamy ciasto francuskie i smarujemy je kozim serem. Ukladamy pastrami, rukole, liscie bazyli i posypujemy pokrojonym serem. Zwijamy ciasto jak rolade. Kroimy w plastry i ukladamy na blaszce na plasko. Kazdy plaster posmarowac zoltkiem. Pieczemy 15 – 20 minut az urosna i sie zarumienia. Smacznego!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Prosciutto And Mozzarella Bites

This recipe is so simple you barely need a recipe!

Ingredients

  • 6 slices Prosciutto
  • 1 small bunch wild rocket
  • 250 g mini mozzarella
  • 6 slices sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar glaze (optional)
  • salt & pepper to taste

Method

Lay prosciutto slice on work surface. Add a few rocket leaves, 2 small mozzarella balls, sun-dried tomatoes and season. Roll into a wrap. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Enjoy!!!!!!

Sklaniki

  • 6 plastrow Prosciutto
  • maly peczek rukoli
  • 250 g mini mozzarelli
  • 6 plastrow suszonych pomidorow w oliwie
  • 2 lyzki sosu balsamicznego (opcjonalnie)
  • sol & pieprz do smaku

Metoda

Na plastrze prosciutto poloz kilka lisci rukoli, 2 mini mozzarelle, plaster suszonego pomidora i dopraw sola i pieprzem. Zwin i serwuj polane sosem balsamicznym. Smacznego!!!
